How we handle your details

What we collect, and why

• The start and contact forms: your name, email, optional phone, and your answers (including optional ones like your trade, team size, website and how you found us). We use them to reply to you and discuss the work you asked about.
• Improving our services: we also study your answers with your name, email and phone removed, to learn which problems come up most and how to solve them better. You can opt out with the checkbox on the form, or by emailing us at any time. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our services, balanced by that easy opt-out.
• The AI visibility check: when you check a website, we keep the website address, the findings (things like whether search and AI crawlers are allowed in) and your country as reported by Cloudflare. We use this to improve the check and publish anonymous statistics such as “how many plumbers’ websites block AI search”. We don’t keep your IP address. To limit abuse we keep a short-lived, scrambled counter per visitor that is deleted within 2 days.
• Our work together: if you become a client, we record what we fixed, the time it took and the results (for example, how quickly invoices get paid before and after), and we may ask two short feedback questions. We only publish results about you, or name you, with your written permission.
• The monthly letter: only if you tick that box, we use your email to tell you once when the letter starts. It hasn’t started yet, and you can say no at any time.
• Spam protection: forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check you’re not a bot.
• Payments: if you pay us, Stripe processes the payment under its own privacy policy. We never see your full card details.
• Free tools: the calculator, overdue snapshot, masking helper and price check run in your browser. What you enter there isn’t sent to us.

Where it’s kept, and for how long

Form submissions and check results are stored in a private database on Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Website check results are kept for up to 3 years for statistics. Yuval reviews the enquiry inbox by hand and deletes enquiries that didn’t lead to work within 12 months. This isn’t automated. If we work together, we keep what’s needed for the work and for invoices, for as long as the law requires.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or share your details for marketing, and we don’t use advertising trackers on this site.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to opt out of your answers being used to improve our services. We’ll reply within 1–2 working days. If you’re in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
